Booking & management

Navalha

Online booking and shop management for barbershops, in one product

— Screens

— The problem

A barbershop lives or dies by a full chair, yet most still run on WhatsApp threads and a paper book: clients message to ask about prices and openings, someone replies whenever they can, and double bookings, no-shows and scheduling gaps become routine.

On the owner's side there's no clear read on the day — how much came in, which chairs are busy, what's running low in stock — and the monthly plans and packages that should drive recurring revenue are painful to track by hand.

— The solution

Navalha is a two-sided product for barbershops. On the public side, a shop landing page with services, prices, team and plans, plus a few-step booking flow: the client picks a service, a barber, a date and a time, sees a summary with the price and confirms on their own — no back-and-forth messaging.

Behind the scenes, a management panel gives the owner the whole day at a glance: bookings, revenue, chair occupancy, average ticket, a per-barber agenda, low-stock alerts, and the setup for services, packages and monthly plans. Both sides share the same calendar.

— What we built

  • Public barbershop landing page with a service catalog (haircut, beard, combo, kids, color, platinum), each card showing price and duration plus a badge on the featured service
  • Four-step booking flow (service, barber, date and time, confirmation) with a monthly calendar, blocked days flagged, and a time grid split into morning and afternoon with unavailable slots disabled
  • Booking summary panel showing service, barber, date/time and price, with notes on counter payment and free cancellation up to 2h before
  • Team section with barber profiles and a monthly-plans section in three tiers (Essential, Complete, Premium) with benefits and a subscribe button
  • Management dashboard with daily metrics (bookings, revenue, chair occupancy, average ticket), a list of upcoming appointments with status, a weekly revenue chart and a low-stock alert
  • Admin agenda laid out in per-barber columns, with cards color-coded by status (done, in progress, confirmed, cancelled) and a slot-fitting action
