— The problem

An artist painting pet portraits by hand needs to turn social-media attention into actual orders. The flow tends to be improvised: a photo of the pet arrives by message, the price is settled loosely, and there's no single place that showcases the work credibly, explains formats and prices, and walks the customer from interest to order.

Without an owned storefront, finished pieces are just posts that vanish in the feed, uncertainty about sizes and prices stalls the decision, and every new order starts from scratch. What was missing was a stable online operation, always up, that gives confidence to someone about to commission something deeply personal and one-of-a-kind.

— The solution

We built and keep live the Eternize storefront: a site that presents the hand-painted pet portraits on wood, explains the ordering process step by step, lays out the available formats with their prices, and sends the customer straight to the quote channel.

The home page acts as the storefront, with a gallery of pieces already delivered to real families, the piece specifications, and a three-size block (14cm, 18cm, and 25cm) with prices. A portfolio page gathers the finished portraits with a size filter, and a dedicated page details how the order works in four stages, from sending the photo to the preview approval.

Beyond shipping the site, ToMore runs the product in production: it's live at eternize.art serving paying customers, and we handle ongoing maintenance.

— What we built

  • Storefront home with a hero of the hand-painted pet portraits on wood and a direct call to request a quote
  • Three-format block (14cm, 18cm, and 25cm), each with its own specification and price
  • Gallery of pieces delivered to real families, showing finished portraits of real pets
  • Portfolio page with a size filter (All, 14cm, 18cm, 25cm) and named pieces such as Aurora, Shory, Odin, and Tunico e Magno
  • "How it works" page laying out the order in four numbered stages: sending the photo, briefing and quote, painting, and preview approval
  • Piece-specifications section and WhatsApp integration to kick off the quote
  • Institutional page telling the studio's story, with a quote section and a "let's talk?" call to action
  • Responsive layout, with desktop and mobile versions of the home and portfolio
